Career Dimensions Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe ®

This policy will aid users to better understand how Career Dimensions, Inc. fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe.

Fulfillment Policy

At Career Dimensions, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights, and understand the requirements for a refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars only.

Delivery Policy

At Career Dimensions, we sell subscriptions to our applications Focus 2 Career, Focus 2 Apply, and Focus 2 Explore. Career Dimensions is the sole source provider of these three applications. For more information about the specific applications, please visit our home page at https://www.focus2career.com. We deliver our services to clients via the internet pursuant to our client’s requests.

Refunds

We may offer refunds in the following conditions:
a. If the application has not been used at all during the term of our contract.
b. If we are notified in writing that you would like to cancel the subscription you may be entitled to a pro rata refund for the remaining months of your subscription.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant refunds if:
a. You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the service.
b. You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use for it.

Return Policy

At Career Dimensions, we sell online services. No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.

Cancellation Policy

Once a contract with Career Dimensions has been duly signed and executed, cancellations are not permitted unless the cancellation request has been received in writing.

Administrative Fee

Refunds will be issued by business check only, less postage, and the credit card processing fee paid by Career Dimensions to Stripe.

How to make a complaint:

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you, and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to billing@focus2career.com stating your complaints and we will investigate your concerns. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
