Founded in 1987 by Frank J. Minor, Ph.D., Career Dimensions Inc., proudly produces the FOCUS 2 Career and Education Planning Systems. The FOCUS 2 Systems reach over six million students and adults each year in colleges, career services agencies, college planners, high schools and libraries, and service organizations, helping them to plan for and achieve career success throughout their lifetime.

With over 3 decades of experience in the design, development and use of career planning software, our FOCUS 2 team consists of Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, Human Resource Management specialists, and College and High School Educators. Our team works closely with each customer to provide an exceptional level of service to support their use of our systems.

FOCUS 2 Systems meet the highest level of standards established by the Association for Computer-Based Career Information Systems (ACSCI). FOCUS 2 also adheres to the standards recommended by the National Career Development Association and the U.S Department of Labor.

Memberships: National Association of Colleges & Employers, the National Career Development Association, Association for Computer-Based Systems for Career Information, the American Psychological Association, the American School Counselors Association, and the National Association of Certified College Planners.
